Pixelmap + Spotlights

Hello,
I’m currently running a Pixelmap setup with several LED tubes — everything was quick and easy to configure in Madrix. Now, the client wants to add a set of DMX RGBW spotlights for independent ambient lighting in the same room, also controlled by Madrix.
What’s the best way to integrate and control these fixtures within the same project?
At the moment, my workaround is as follows:
The Pixelmap runs from Deck A, where I have around 50 places programmed.
Deck B contains one place for “Spots On” and another for “Spots Off.”
The crossfader is set to WF and centered.
In the Patch, I positioned the spotlights outside the Pixelmap area, created patch groups, and assigned map areas for each place and layer.
Any suggestions for a more efficient or recommended approach would be greatly appreciated.
