You can easily change the DMX Addressing for selected fixtures in the "Fixture Settings" on the right side of the Patch Editor or in the DMX Map view.
If the settings section is not visible you can easily get it back via "View > Restore Default Windows Layout".

By default MADRIX choosing the Playback side after calling the desired "Storage Places" of a "Timeline" or "Cue List" by Storage ID Parity. That means all "Storages" with Odd numbers will be played at Deck A and all "Storages" with Even numbers will be played at Deck B.

To change the layer opacity for an effect layer in the Timeline you have to select the desired layer at the "Layer Opacity" section in the Timeline. Once the desired layer was selected you can add the desired layer opacity values at the desired timing.

At the moment MADRIX is working with a native 8 Bit dimming of every color values.
It is not possible to control parameters of fixtures with real 16 Bit.
